What we collect
- Your name, phone, email and Eircode
- What you'd like cleaned and any details you add
- Any photos you choose to upload
Why we collect it
Only to prepare your quote and, if you go ahead, to schedule and carry out the work. Lawful basis: steps taken at your request before entering a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
Who sees it
Brendan and his team. Your enquiry may reach us over WhatsApp (Meta) so we can reply quickly — treat anything you send as shared with that messaging service. We never sell your data or use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Kept while we're in contact and for a reasonable period after, then deleted. Job records are kept as long as needed for the work and our records.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete it at any time — email [email protected] or call +353 87 824 1492. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).
